GVB seeks to retain a qualified professional research firm ("Firm") to conduct visitor insight surveys, exit surveys, seasonal surveys, event surveys and marketing efficiency studies. Surveys will be conducted both online and in person at the Guam International Airport Authority (GIAA), with seasonal and event surveys to be conducted at various locations throughout the year.
